Group Therapy

Group therapy provides an environment where people in similar situations can gain support and understanding. Each group holds about 5 participants, plus the therapist who provides structure and direction. New groups and times will be formed based on demand. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in any groups. More information about forming groups will be posted soon.
