About Psychiatric Services

Pliner Psychological Associates provides psychiatric services, such as medication management. Our psychologists collaborate directly with our staff psychiatrist, Dr. Monheit, in order to develop comprehensive treatment plans for our clients that include both therapy and prescribing of psychiatric medication.

How Can Medication Help?

Medication is often required to manage psychological conditions, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. For many circumstances, therapy and medication is often a powerful combination. Our staff psychiatrist will work with you to determine whether or not you would benefit from medication, and what medication would best suit your needs.
