About Stacy Rosen, Psy.D.

My Background

I joined Pliner Psychological Associates in 2015 and became a full-time member of the team in August, 2018. I am a bilingual, bicultural Pennsylvania licensed psychologist, experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan.

Both my training and my experience have equipped me to work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events in their life. These include both interpersonal traumas, such as rape and sexual abuse, as well as natural disasters, and combat trauma. I am skilled in helping people who have experienced trauma learn more about how their experiences are affecting their brain, their behavior, and their relationships, in an effort to regain control of these areas and thrive personally. I am also skilled in helping people manage, among other things, depression, general anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

More generally, my work as a psychologist aims to build a collaborative relationship wherein you, the client, are able to comfortably discuss and explore your experiences and relationships in order to better understand how you came to your current situation. You are the expert in your own life, and I look forward to learning more about you in order to help you determine where and how changes can be made that will lead to healthier functioning.
